The longstanding occupation of downtown Bangkok that saw 27 people killed and hundreds injured may be coming to a peaceful conclusion. It was announced that the final demand of the Red Shirt faction will be met on Tuesday when Deputy Prime Minister Suthep Thaugsuban will answer to law enforcement officials over the violence in April.
